Role Description This part-time Financial Advisor role at Manulife Philippines is based in Quezon City and follows a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site meetings with flexible work-from-home activities. The Financial Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored financial planning, advisory, and investment recommendations. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing financial plans and retirement strategies, monitoring portfolios, and presenting suitable Manulife products and solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, staying informed on market trends and industry regulations, and participating in training sessions and business development activities. Advisors are expected to collaborate with team members, uphold ethical standards, and deliver a high level of service to support long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide comprehensive Financial Planning and Financial Advisory services aligned with client goals.
  • Solid understanding of Finance and Investments, including basic portfolio concepts and risk management.
  • Knowledge of Retirement Planning principles and strategies relevant to individual and family needs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
  • Customer-focused mindset, high ethical standards, and commitment to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup (Quezon City office and work-from-home), with the ability to manage schedules and targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., financial planning or investment-related) are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or sales. Openness to training and professional development is essential.
