Role Description The Part-time / Full-time Financial Advisor role at Manulife Philippines is a hybrid position based in Quezon City, with a combination of on-site meetings and work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing financial advice to clients, assessing their needs and goals, and developing tailored financial plans covering protection, savings, investments, and retirement. The role involves conducting client consultations, explaining Manulife products and solutions, preparing proposals, and regularly reviewing client portfolios to ensure they remain aligned with changing circumstances. Financial Advisors are expected to build and maintain long-term client relationships, participate in trainings and sales meetings, and comply with regulatory and company standards. This role offers flexible schedules suitable for part-time or full-time engagement, with performance-based incentives and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in finance and Financial Planning, with the ability to analyze client situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Experience or knowledge in Retirement Planning and Investments, including understanding of risk profiles and long-term wealth-building strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability in providing Financial Advisory services, client consultation, and needs-based selling.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
  • Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both in-person and remote activities in Quezon City.
  • Prior experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory; relevant certifications are a plus.
