Under the supervision of the Team Leader, this position conducts individual and group classes using the A-PLUS teaching method in a virtual learning environment. S/he must create an inclusive and engaging atmosphere that accommodates diverse student backgrounds and learning styles.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts individual and group classes using the A-PLUS method, enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Delivers lessons online through a virtual learning environment, facilitating accessible education for all students.
- Creates a culturally responsive virtual environment that promotes active participation, improving student involvement and performance.
- Prepares performance evaluations for all assigned classes, ensuring timely and accurate assessments of student progress.
- Completes lesson records and work reports promptly, maintaining organized documentation for review.
- Provides constructive feedback to students, fostering improvement and encouraging skill development.
- Administers online tests and corrects written assignments as needed, ensuring fair assessment of student understanding.
- Creates teaching materials and presentations when necessary, enhancing lesson quality and clarity.
- Adheres to standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in teaching practices.
- Attends product orientation and job-related training as required, staying updated on best practices and company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any course.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
- No teaching experience required!
- Amenable to work onsite in Silay.
