Job Description

Job Summary:

The Park Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, guest experience, and business performance of the Park. This role leads and develops a high-performing team, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drives strategic initiatives to achieve operational and financial goals. The Park Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and global teams to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize performance, and strengthen the brand presence within the local entertainment and tourism industry.

Work Location: Venice Grand Canal Mall, Mckinley Hills, Taguig

Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Guest Experience

  • Oversee daily park operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and customer service standards.
  • Monitor and improve operational performance, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain high safety standards and ensure full compliance with operational protocols and insurance requirements.

2. Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing and customer-focused team.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop Managers, Supervisors, and Crew members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous staff development.
  • Ensure all employees maintain required certifications (e.g., First Aid) and proper documentation.

3. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Plan, organize, and implement strategies aligned with stakeholder goals.
  • Drive short-, medium-, and long-term business plans and operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including the CEO and Director of Marketing and Sales, to execute business strategies.

4. Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, occupancy rate, average spend, and labor costs.
  • Prepare and submit regular operational and financial performance reports.
  • Work with internal and external teams on quarterly and semi-annual financial reporting.
  • Manage budgets and analyze actual performance against targets, implementing action plans for improvement.

5. Marketing & Business Development

  • Support marketing and sales initiatives, including campaigns and business development efforts.
  • Participate in sales presentations and external promotional events as needed.
  • Provide insights on campaign performance and customer trends.

6. Stakeholder & Industry Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships within the entertainment and tourism industry, including travel agents, hotels, and tour operators.
  • Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and market developments.
  • Represent the brand in external engagements and networking opportunities.

7. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with global teams to support the development of new activities, themes, and processes.
  • Provide feedback to improve operations and enhance the brand experience.
  • Lead regular management meetings to align teams and drive performance.

8. Administrative & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee staffing structure, including full-time, part-time, and casual employees.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments from senior management.
