We are looking for a Paraplanning Administrator who can help our team deliver satisfying results to our clients.

As a Paraplanning Administrator, Your Duties And Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborate with the Technical Advice Manager and DBA Team Leader to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of advice documentation.
  • Collect, collate, and analyze research from third-party providers, including superannuation, investment, and insurance data.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize financial advice documents, including Statements of Advice (SOA), Records of Advice (ROA) and Client reviews
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, compliant with regulatory standards, and tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain the integrity of client data by ensuring all records adhere to company processes (accurate, up to date, and securely stored in client files).
  • Input and manage client data within financial planning systems.
  • Conduct research to support the development of appropriate financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Services Unit (TSU) and Advisers to analyze client information and assist in formulating suitable strategies aligned with client goals and compliance requirements.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate across departments.
  • Ensure all advice documents are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting enhancements to workflows and processes.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and additional duties as assigned by the Technical Advice Manager or DBA Team Leader.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business, Banking and Finance, Economics, or any related field.
  • Must have proven experience as a Paraplanner, particularly in preparing Statements of Advice (SOA).
  • Experience in the financial planning industry is highly advantageous.
  • Must be familiar with financial planning software and industry regulations.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Has strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must have the ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a high level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Must be adaptive, have a proactive mindset, and have the willingness to learn.
  • Dedication to professional development, process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Willing to be assigned to Subic.
