We are seeking a detail-driven, experienced Paraplanner to play a pivotal role in producing the strategic financial documentation that underpins our advice production pipeline. You will collaborate closely with Australian senior paraplanners and operations managers to draft compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and portfolio review documents utilizing industry-standard financial planning software.

Your Impact

• Statement of Advice Production: Prepare comprehensive, accurate Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, and personal insurance strategies.
• Database & Strategy Management: Input and update client financial data, execute modeling, generate strategy illustrations using planning software (including XTools+), and maintain clean data records.
• Portfolio Reviews & Analysis: Prepare structured client review documentation covering investment strategy performance, asset allocation, and portfolio rebalancing recommendations.
• Insurance Analysis & Provider Quoting: Assist in conducting thorough Insurance Needs Analyses, evaluate risk protection structures, and request insurance quotations directly from major Life Insurance Providers.

What You Bring

• The Experience:Direct, hands-on experience producing SOAs and ROAs within an Australian financial planning or wealth advisory practice (3-4+ years of specialized experience preferred).
• Strategic Knowledge: Intermediate-to-strong understanding of Australian financial planning regulations, superannuation frameworks, investment portfolios, and risk insurance strategies.
• Software Competency: Advanced Microsoft Word skills (formatting, styling, table manipulation) and intermediate-to-advanced Excel capabilities; familiarity with XPLAN is highly advantageous.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, high attention to detail, strong time-management abilities, and a process-driven, self-motivated approach.
