Unlock Your Potential!
At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting and wealth management industries.
As a Paraplanner, you are the technical architect behind life-changing financial advice. This role offers an elite opportunity to move beyond administrative support and dive deep into complex strategy development. You will work closely with onshore financial advisers to transform technical research into comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs), directly impacting the financial futures of clients across Australia.
Your Impact
- Master of Financial Strategy: Lead the drafting of comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) covering sophisticated wealth strategies such as SMSFs, gearing, and estate planning. Use advanced modeling software to prepare long-term financial projections that bring a client's future into focus.
- Technical Research & Comparison: Conduct rigorous product research across superannuation, insurance, and investment platforms. By liaising with Australian product providers and conducting deep-dive cash flow modeling, you ensure every strategy is backed by data-driven insights.
- Guardian of Compliance & Quality: Navigate the complexities of ASIC, AFSL, and FASEA compliance requirements with absolute precision. Play a key role in the team's growth by reviewing the work of junior and graduate paraplanners, ensuring every document is technically sound and audit-ready.
What You Bring
- The Experience:1-4 years of dedicated experience in Australian Paraplanning. You possess a strong, growing technical knowledge of Australian financial products and the wealth management landscape.
- The Toolkit: Strong familiarity with Australian compliance standards and hands-on proficiency in financial planning and modeling software (such as Xplan or similar platforms). You are an analytical thinker who can solve complex advisory problems and meet strict deadlines.
- Leadership & Communication: Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently consult with onshore advisers on strategy development and provide constructive technical feedback to junior team members.
