Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Australian paraplanning or financial adviser compliance
- Direct experience working with financial advisers
- Strong working knowledge of Xplan
- Current understanding of Australian Financial Services licensees and regulatory requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian financial services industry and its products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills for training workshops
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferred
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Cebu
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive, compliant advice documents and supporting materials for Authorised Representatives.
- Ensure the factual accuracy, legislative compliance, and technical soundness of all documents.
- Collaborate with advisers to uphold advice quality and regulatory integrity.
- Manage advice document requests within required timelines.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Authorised Representatives.
- Train and educate advisers on paraplanning processes.
- Improve processes and standardise workflows.
- Contribute to strategic projects that enhance service delivery.
- Maintain current knowledge of financial planning legislation and strategies.
- Attend industry and technical update sessions.
- Prepare adviser training materials and facilitate workshops.
