Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Australian paraplanning or financial adviser compliance experience
- Proven experience working directly with Australian financial advisers
- Strong hands-on experience using Xplan within Australian financial planning environments
- Solid understanding of Australian financial services regulations, licensee requirements, compliance obligations, and financial products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Makati, Pampanga, or Cebu
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and compliant advice documents, reports, and supporting materials for Authorised Representatives
- Manage advice document requests, priorities, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Review all documentation for accuracy, technical quality, and alignment with relevant legislation and advice standards
- Work closely with advisers to support high-quality advice delivery and maintain regulatory compliance
- Build productive relationships with Authorised Representatives through responsive communication and reliable support
- Guide advisers on paraplanning workflows, documentation requirements, and process expectations
- Support workflow improvements, process consistency, and service delivery enhancements
- Stay updated on financial planning legislation, product strategies, and industry best practices
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve paraplanning quality, efficiency, and adviser support
- Attend technical update sessions and support the preparation of adviser training materials and workshops
