Draft, review and finalize contracts/letters/board resolutions/certification/corporate undertaking and other documents;
Research/prepare legal opinions/memoranda on various legal issues that may affect the company;
Ensure compliance to the legal and regulatory requirements of the affiliate companies;
Give advice to other departments on legal issues & prepares and/or review position papers prepared by other departments;
Attend meetings with other executive officers/departments/contractors/sub-contractors/consultants to discuss legal issues and their implications to the business;
Attend and prepare minutes of meetings of Shareholders and Board of Directors;
Prepare and handle confidential documents;
File and organize documents of the DPO/PACA Division;
Coordinate with other employees for the submission of supporting documents for legal opinions/position papers;
Supervise the activities of third-party personnel/consultant whenever they are working on-site;
Engage in continuous knowledge development like trainings and seminars to remain well-informed with the laws, rules and regulations, best practices, tools and techniques; and,
Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Laws
Has at least 3 years of applicable working experience
In-depth understanding of Philippine laws
