Salary Range: Up to 30k (with increase upon regularization)
Working Location: BGC, Taguig
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Job Description
As a Paralegal, you will assist lawyers and the registration manager in processing company registrations and managing client projects from start to finish. You will prepare, review, and organize legal documents, reports, affidavits, and correspondences, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government procedures such as SEC, BIR, and LGU.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws, or management major, etc
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Tagalog
- The candidate must possess strong communication, interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- Thorough, analytical, and with keen attention to details
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
- Proficient in judicial and administrative procedures, and government units`processing step, such as SEC, BIR and LGU
Duties And Responsibilities
- In conjunction with the lawyer and registration manager, process the company registration work, familiarize with the internal process in handling clients projects from initiating, registering the same to the Operations until its completion;
- Assist the lawyer to manage their case files, by preparing and managing matters for due diligence and other documents.
- Prepare and double check the reports, correspondences, forms, affidavits, and other documents as assigned or required.
- Evaluate documents to review facts, determine appropriate processes and plan the steps as necessary, ensuring critical deadlines are identified and met.
- Ensure that each action pertaining to the legal matters conform to the requirements of the Governing bodies/agencies.
- Systematically organize, track and maintain both hard and soft copy of document files and correspondences.
- Perform other duties as may be required
