Job Description

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation, review, and management of telecommunications contracts, including service agreements, licensing deals, and vendor contracts.
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local telecommunications laws, including FCC regulations.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research, prepare legal summaries, and track changes in telecom regulations.
  • Organize and maintain legal files, corporate records, and document databases.
  • Assist with the filing and tracking of regulatory reports and licenses.
  • Help prepare materials for hearings, negotiations, and meetings with government entities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, operations, compliance) to gather information for legal matters.
  • Draft correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
  • Provide litigation support, including discovery coordination and document production.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.

  • Request FO via email to validate (Facilities Operations) solutions/facilities present in buildings under P1 contract scope
  • Prepare and submit List of sites for Payment Validation and Recon to PPM
  • Supports in data processing for weekly, monthly (dashboards) , quarterly, year-end reports, and other ad-hoc reports (as needed) requirement
  • Assists in coordinating and monitoring issues and dependencies
  • Provide a reliable and accurate report of all contracts routed
  • Any related BAU works that Project Lead/Team Lead requires

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.
  • 2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience (telecom industry experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and agencies (e.g., FCC, FTC, state PUCs).
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
