Job Summary
The Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing surfaces of products, equipment, or structures according to company standards. The role ensures that painted surfaces are smooth, durable, and meet quality and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing rust or old paint.
- Apply paint, coatings, or protective finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications.
- Ensure even and smooth paint application on products or equipment.
- Inspect painted surfaces and perform touch-ups when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of the painting area and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures when handling paint, chemicals, and tools.
- Properly store paint materials and maintain painting tools and equipment.
- Assist in other related production or fabrication tasks when required.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate.
- With experience in painting work (industrial or manufacturing painting is an advantage).
- Knowledgeable in using painting tools and spray equipment.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce quality finishing.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
