The Qualifications We Seek
Core Experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit
- Strong background in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage medium to large ad budgets and scale performance campaigns
B2B Marketing Expertise
- Experience running B2B campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Meta
- Solid understanding ofB2B funnels including:
- Lead generation
- MQL to SQL progression
- CRM integration and attribution
- Demand generation strategies
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), including targeting by job title, industry, and company attributes
Performance & Analytical Skills
- Strong ability to use performance data to drive optimization decisions
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics including:
- CPA
- CPL
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS
- Experience with forecasting, budget pacing, and spend allocation
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
Platform & Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Understanding of tracking frameworks, pixels, and attribution models
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar platforms
Collaboration & Communication
- Ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly and confidently
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and analytics teams
- Strong organization and project management skills
Nice to Have
- eCommerce performance marketing experience (ROAS-focused campaigns)
- Experience with Reddit Ads or TikTok Ads Manager
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience managing product catalogs and dynamic ads
- Experience conducting paid social audits and presenting strategic recommendations
Your Daily Tasks
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit
- Own targeting strategies, budget allocation, and performance optimization across accounts
- Monitor campaigns daily and implement data-driven improvements
- Ensure efficient budget pacing across multiple campaigns and client accounts
- Deliver clear reporting and actionable performance insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with broader marketing initiatives
- Identify creative testing opportunities and audience expansion strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper tracking implementation
