Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on digital campaign management experience, with strong exposure to Paid Social and campaign operations
• Proven experience setting up, launching, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns across relevant advertising platforms
• Ability to demonstrate specific campaign examples, including individual responsibilities, execution approach, challenges, optimization decisions, and measurable results
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of campaign performance tracking, reporting, optimization, and key advertising metrics
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain campaign strategies, decisions, and results
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines
• Proactive, accountable, and adaptable, with strong ownership, follow-through, and the ability to learn new advertising platforms and processes quickly

Responsibilities

• Help bring social and programmatic campaigns from setup through live delivery, making performance adjustments as needed
• Compile performance updates during and after campaigns and support associated client-facing requirements
• Establish practical campaign workflows that improve consistency, accuracy, and on-time execution
• Evaluate internal advertising tools in testing environments and share clear observations, issues, and enhancement suggestions
• Contribute recommendations on audience selection, spend levels, and other campaign settings
• Attend recurring team discussions, development sessions, company updates, and other structured learning activities
• Spend time with different functional teams to understand how campaign work connects with the broader business
