Job Overview

The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing. This role involves developing keyword strategies, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and providing actionable insights to improve results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on a daily basis
  • Develop keyword strategies and campaign structures aligned with client goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance through weekly and monthly reporting
  • Track budgets and ensure efficient allocation of digital ad spend
  • Identify opportunities for automation and campaign improvements
  • Generate reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated with platform changes and industry trends

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns using Google Ads or Bing
  • Strong working knowledge of Google SA360, AdWords Editor, and Bing Ads Editor
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Search Console
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present insights and recommendations
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience handling performance-based or direct response campaigns
