Paid Search Specialist (Performance Max/Shopping and Bing Ads)

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring performance targets are met while identifying opportunities for growth. You'll focus on Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, maintaining efficiency and driving results.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
• Direct experience with Shopping and/or Performance Max campaigns
• Strong understanding of tROAS bidding strategies and budget management
• Experience analyzing search term and performance reports
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale or multi-product eCommerce accounts
• Familiarity with product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Merchant Center)
• Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics / GA4, Looker Studio and Excel / Google Sheets
• Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications

Your Daily Tasks

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Manage and optimize Performance Max, Shopping, and Search campaigns across platforms
• Adjust budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to meet performance goals
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and scalability

Reporting & Insights

• Analyze search term and performance data and implement optimizations
• Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversions, and spend
• Identify trends and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

Testing & Strategy Support

• Use data to guide daily optimizations and broader strategy decisions
• Support testing across bidding, campaign structure, and feed performance
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices
