As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- End to end management of paid search across a portfolio of clients including strategy development, implementation, performance, optimisation and reporting.
- Partnering with clients and the broader client team to understand key objectives and success metrics - providing feedback, strategic direction and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Work closely with the client team to understand holistic performance across all channels and how they can work together to drive performance against key KPI’s.
- Work closely with the client team to write compelling ad copy and drive creative recommendations across PMAX and the broader Google/Bing network.
- Undertake keyword research and competitor reviews to uncover further opportunities.
- Proactively communicate regularly with all internal and external clients on performance updates and check-ins.
- Responsible for budget delivery and management.
- Optimise daily across all accounts.
- Weekly/monthly performance analysis reporting as well as industry insights and trends.
- Present proactive account initiatives.
- Working with the team to assist clients in setting up performance tracking for campaigns.
- Working with the team to coordinate the delivery of creative (with both internal and external agencies/clients) to ensure accurate and timely uploads for campaigns.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- 2-5 years experience in a Paid Search role specialising in managing large scale budgets and complex accounts.
- Experience building and managing paid search accounts within Google Ads / editor and Bing, while working with multiple stakeholders and strict deadlines.
- Show a deep understanding of the industry and marketing in general.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights, and generate recommendations to enhance performance.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaborate and lead by example within a team.
- Bring a positive and solutions-based approach to challenges and obstacles.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting and writing weekly/monthly commentary.
- GTM and GA4 set up experience is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or advertising are ideal but not essential.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
