Job Description
We are looking for a Paid Search Manager with proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing fundamentals, works well within a team, and takes ownership of results. This role requires both analytical thinking and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on GoogleAds
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
Manage search, display, remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns
Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets strategically
Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports
Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, and web teams
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
Demonstrated track record of scaling campaigns profitably
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics (GA4 experience is a plus)
Comfortable managing monthly ad budgets at scale
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent English communication skills
