Role Overview
RedPandas is a fast-growing digital marketing agency, and we're looking for a remote Paid Media Specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of Meta and Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio of clients. You'll take client briefs from strategy through to execution, work closely with our Account Management team to keep campaigns performing to brief, and use data to surface insights the wider team can act on. It's a hands-on role for someone who wants to be in the detail of ad platforms and reporting, not just overseeing them from a distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring campaigns are correctly structured, targeted, and consistently performing to brief.
- Own end-to-end execution of Meta campaigns, including ad copywriting, creative briefing, audience testing, and ongoing optimisation.
- Work closely with Account Managers to translate client briefs into campaign setups, creative direction, and landing page recommendations.
- Execute paid media across a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong alignment between campaign activity and each client's business goals.
- Conduct discovery and competitor research to support campaign planning and creative ideation.
- Maintain and update Looker Studio reports with Meta performance data, surfacing key insights for the wider team.
- Segment and analyse campaign data to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to daily team huddles and collaborate closely with internal Account Managers on campaign updates and strategy.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Agency background (this particular role isn't suited to in-house-only experience).
- Hands-on experience building, testing, and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including audience testing and keyword research.
- Proven ability to translate client briefs into campaign setups, creative messaging, and landing page direction.
- Confidence reading and interpreting performance data to inform optimisation decisions.
- Strong time management, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail across copy, targeting, budgets, and reporting.
- A clear, confident communicator who contributes actively in internal discussions.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking, data attribution, and Google Tag Manager fundamentals.
Preferred / Desirable Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube Ads.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or ClickUp for project management.
- Copywriting skills, or experience briefing AI-assisted copy.
- Exposure to wireframing or providing landing page design feedback.
- Familiarity with campaign creative and media production processes.
Performance Expectations
- Campaigns across your client portfolio are consistently structured, targeted, and performing to brief.
- Looker Studio reporting is accurate, current, and highlights insights the wider team can act on.
- Client briefs are translated into campaign setups and creative direction with minimal rework.
- Attention to detail is maintained across copy, targeting, budgets, and reporting, even when juggling multiple accounts.
- You contribute proactively in daily huddles and internal discussions, flagging issues and opportunities early.
