This isn't a campaign-maintenance role. You'll work alongside the marketing lead to manage multi-channel paid media, lead test-and-learn initiatives, and contribute meaningfully to strategic media decisions. The team is lean, the work is high-ownership, and the right person will have real influence over how paid budget is allocated and optimized.
