Job Description
The Media Strategist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role ensures that all ads deliver strong performance aligned with business goals, while supporting media buying and strategic media planning. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and experienced in handling multi-channel campaigns ready to collaborate, present, and meet with clients when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including prospecting and remarketing initiatives
- Support the management of campaign budgets and performance across paid, organic, and owned media channels
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure traffic, engagement, and conversion KPIs are met
- Assist in optimizing campaigns based on data and results to improve ROI
- Collaborate with developers to ensure trackers/pixels are correctly installed and functioning on client websites and conversion points
- Identify opportunities to test new channels or tactics under guidance from senior management
- Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to management
- Support the team in day-to-day media operations and campaign troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 12 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or media planning
- Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
