Senior Paid Media Strategist (Meta + Google)

Remote | Full-Time | Philippines Preferred

NuKind Digital is a fast-growing lead generation agency working with service-based businesses across Australia and beyond.

We are looking for a high-performance paid media operator who can take ownership of multiple client accounts across Meta and Google Ads and drive predictable, scalable lead generation outcomes.

This is not a basic campaign management role.

This is a performance ownership role for someone who thinks strategically, acts independently, and treats each ad account like a business they are responsible for growing.

You will be trusted to identify opportunities, diagnose performance issues, build testing roadmaps, improve funnel performance, and implement optimisation decisions without needing constant direction.

If you are someone who waits for instructions, this role is not for you.

What You'll Own

You will manage and grow a portfolio of15+ ongoing client accountsacross Meta and Google Ads, with a maximum load of30 accounts, inclusive of the platform.

Your responsibility is not just to run ads but to improve the entire paid acquisition system behind each client.

That includes:

  • Taking full accountability for paid media performance across assigned accounts
  • Building and executing full-funnel paid acquisition strategies
  • Conducting market, competitor, audience, and keyword research
  • Using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, etc. and automation to improve speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Shaping offer positioning, messaging, hooks, and creative testing angles
  • Providing landing page and CRO feedback to improve conversion performance (Tools like GoHigh Level)
  • Ensuring tracking, attribution, and conversion data are accurate (Tools like GoHigh Level)
  • Running structured tests across creatives, audiences, bidding, angles, and funnels
  • Making budget allocation decisions based on performance signals
  • Scaling what works and cutting what does not
  • Proactively communicating risks, insights, and growth opportunities

Success in this role looks like:

  • Hitting or outperforming client CPA targets
  • Maintaining efficient and profitable account performance
  • Improving conversion rates month on month, where scale allows
  • Creating a stable lead flow across multiple client accounts
  • Running consistent, high-quality testing cycles
  • Producing documented insights and learnings from experiments
  • Reducing the need for leadership input over time through strong decision-making and ownership

Required experience
  • Strong hands-on 5 Years+ experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong background in service-based lead generation
  • Demonstrated success in scaling accounts, not just maintaining them
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel performance
  • Ability to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and act decisively
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve workflow, analysis, and performance output
