Paid Media Specialist | Philippines

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our agency team. You are super data-driven, and will be working across a number of high-profile customers, leading strategy, planning and best-in-market implementation of digital campaigns across Display, Paid & Organic Search, and Social channels.

As an important member of our Digital Performance team, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media strategies to meet client objectives, including spend efficiency, CPA, ROAS, and overall revenue or business growth. You will manage budget allocation, pacing, and performance reporting, using data-driven insights to maximize impact. Balancing multiple accounts, you will prioritise work based on business value, client needs, and strategic goals while ensuring seamless execution and collaboration across teams and all responsibilities.

What the Role Entails:

1. Campaign Strategy, Execution, and Optimization

  • Own and manage customer program success, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Recommend and Conduct A/B testing on copy, creative, lead forms, and user journeys.
  • Implement, optimize, and experiment with ad formats and platforms to maximize ROAS.
  • Align paid media strategies with client objectives, collaborating with creative, analytics, and account management teams.

2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, reporting, and insights delivery.
  • Build and communicate client and industry benchmarks.
  • Provide timely and data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Manage budget pacing and adjust allocations based on performance data.

3. Client Relationship Management & Communication

  • Foster strong client relationships through regular updates and proactive issue resolution.
  • Educate clients on paid media strategies and performance metrics.
  • Deliver clear performance reports, explain results, and provide strategic recommendations

4. Lead on Account

  • Own and optimise paid media strategy to meet client goals (spend, CPA, ROAS, growth, revenue).
  • Fully manage budget allocation and pacing.
  • Prepare and present reports internally and to clients with confidence.
  • Oversee task distribution and quality control between lead and supporter roles.
  • Foster strong collaboration within the client team.

5. Supporter on Account

  • Quality-check lead's work and ensure high standards in reports and presentations.
  • Analyse account performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Complete tasks on time with attention to detail.
  • Actively contribute as a reliable and engaged team player.

What We're Looking For:

  • Google Ad & GA Analytics certification & 2-3 years experience running search paid media
  • Minimum of 2 years paid media experience in Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, TikTok & Amazon Ads)
  • Budget, performance optimisation, analytics and reporting responsibilities
  • Have a sound understanding of social and digital media advertising
  • Have a previous experience running multi-functional projects for clients
  • Have a previous experience in a client facing role (an advantage)
  • Familiar with Google Suite, Slack, and Asana (a bonus)
  • Have a flexible approach to work, with an agile mindset
  • Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation
  • Excellent in communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills (must have very strong written and verbal English)
  • Ready to learn and be challenged
  • Passionate about driving results

The role is full-time, 5 days working remotely in the Philippines, following Sydney, Australia timezone/work hours. There will be a few team face-to-face days in Metro Manila each year.
