Key Responsibilities

Channel Ownership and Strategy

• Take ownership of assigned channels, managing budget pacing and ensuring quality and efficiencies
• Define channel strategy per campaign objective including but not limited to audience strategy and content strategy
• Responsible for aligning ad specs and analytics requirements with internal stakeholders

Media Buying, Reporting and Optimizations

• Execute media buying, implementing best practices and learnings Ensure proper measurement and conversion tracking are implemented Provide data driven insights and lead optimizations
• Prepare reports based on agreed cadence, structure and granularity Ensure compliance with internal and external mandatories

Industry Knowledge

• Keep up to date on channel and industry trends and updates

Qualifications

• At least 2 year of work experience in Digital Marketing, managing paid ads campaigns
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business and Marketing
• Excellent understanding of Facebook, Google Ads and other platforms
• Excellent in campaign A/B testing and optimization
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Office - Excel and Spreadsheet
• Strong analytical skills and experience in generating SEM reports
• Outstanding communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in planning and implementing a successful SEM strategy
• Experienced in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Webtrends)
• Familiar with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
• Fluent in English; 2-3 years experience as a mainland push overseas game purchase optimization specialist
