Job Title: Paid Media Performance Specialist - Meta, YouTube & Google Ads

About the Role

Wonder Group is looking for a Paid Media Performance Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads for Wedded Wonderland and Liviti.

This role is for someone who understands modern paid media deeply - not someone who simply boosts posts, launches basic campaigns, or relies on outdated audience targeting tactics.

Paid media has changed. Meta, YouTube, and Google are increasingly driven by AI-powered campaign structures, creative volume, signal quality, first-party data, conversion tracking, landing page performance, and rapid testing.

We need someone who can build profitable acquisition systems across both B2C and B2B audiences.

You will work across Wedded Wonderland, including luxury weddings, destination weddings, venues, vendors, planners, tourism boards, hospitality groups, luxury travel partners, couples, wedding professionals, and the Wedded Concierge and Advisor offering; and Liviti, including property investment, finance, wealth education, referral partners, brokers, accountants, advisors, clients, and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Build campaign structures that align with the latest platform best practices.
  • Manage Meta Advantage+ campaigns, lead campaigns, conversion campaigns, retargeting, and creative testing.
  • Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Build paid strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Work with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad angles, hooks, scripts, visuals, landing page concepts, and offers.
  • Build testing plans across creative, messaging, audience, landing pages, offers, and funnel stages.
  • Monitor CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and cost per qualified opportunity.
  • Improve tracking and attribution across ads, landing pages, CRM, and reporting dashboards.
  • Identify wasted spend and reallocate budget toward campaigns with stronger commercial performance.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to understand lead quality, not just lead volume.
  • Create weekly performance reports with clear insights, actions, and next steps.
  • Stay current with platform updates across Meta, YouTube, and Google.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • You have audited existing Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads accounts.
  • You have identified wasted spend, tracking gaps, and campaign structure issues.
  • You have rebuilt or improved campaign structures where needed.
  • You have launched a creative testing system.
  • You have improved reporting visibility across spend, leads, conversion, and lead quality.
  • You have built separate paid strategies for Wedded Wonderland and Liviti.
  • You have reduced poor-quality leads and improved the quality of enquiries or opportunities.
  • You have created a clear weekly optimisation rhythm.

Required Experience

  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and/or Demand Gen.
  • Experience managing campaigns for lead generation, conversion, remarketing, and funnel growth.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI-assisted campaign structures.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTMs, landing pages, and CRM attribution.
  • Ability to interpret data and make practical optimisation decisions.
  • Experience working with creative teams to produce ad variations.
  • Strong understanding of hooks, angles, offers, landing pages, and funnel conversion.
  • Ability to report clearly on what is working, what is not, and what should change.
  • Commercial mindset: you understand that low CPL means nothing if lead quality is poor.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in luxury, weddings, travel, hospitality, property, finance, real estate, wealth, marketplaces, or B2B services.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Hyros, Northbeam, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience building YouTube ad funnels.
  • Experience with creator-led ad campaigns, UGC, short-form video ads, or authority-led ads.
  • Experience with programmatic landing pages or SEO-supported paid funnels.
  • Experience managing both B2C and B2B acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience with international campaigns across multiple markets.

  • Has not kept up with AI-driven changes in Meta and Google Ads
  • Relies only on old-school interest targeting
  • Cannot explain tracking, attribution, or funnel performance
  • Blames the algorithm without testing creative, offer, landing page, and signal quality
  • Reports vanity metrics without commercial insight

You are a performance marketer who thinks like a commercial operator. You understand that modern paid media is not just campaign setup. It is the combination of creative testing, signal quality, landing page conversion, offer strength, tracking, CRM feedback, budget allocation, and constant iteration. You are comfortable working across both brand-led luxury campaigns and direct-response lead generation campaigns. You care about qualified leads, pipeline, conversion, and revenue - not just impressions, clicks, and CPL.
