Location: Libis, Quezon City

Your Role:


What You'll Do
1) Paid ads execution across major platforms
. Execute paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
. Build and launch campaigns based on strategy briefs (campaign structure, targeting, budgets, ads, placements, etc.).
. Ensure ads are running continuously (monitor delivery, diagnose why spend slows, fix issues quickly).
. Manage campaign hygiene: naming conventions, asset organization, account structure consistency.
2) Daily monitoring and optimization (multi-account)
. Check pacing and delivery daily to prevent underdelivery/overspend.
. Optimize based on performance data (bidding adjustments, audience refinements, keyword/negative keyword updates where relevant, placement changes, creative rotation).
. Identify what's not working and bring clear findings to internal team discussions.
3) Testing and iteration (A/B testing discipline)
. Plan and run A/B tests across audiences, creative variations, landing pages, and ad formats.
. Maintain a testing log (hypothesis setup results recommendation).
. Provide data-backed recommendations to improve results (execution-first, strategy-supporting).
4) Tracking, attribution, and data quality ownership
. Ensure tracking is implemented and validated: pixels/tags, conversion events, UTMs, and analytics sanity checks.
. Work with tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager (and similar tracking setups) to QA conversions and troubleshoot discrepancies.
. Support integration into CRMs and marketing automation tools (commonly HubSpot and other systems).
. Coordinate with RevOps support when deeper CRM attribution is needed (you won't be solely responsible, but must be comfortable in the environment).
5) Landing pages (build + edit + improve)
. Build new landing pages and edit existing pages using our tools (we frequently use Lovable and also integrate with platforms like HubSpot).
. QA landing pages for conversion readiness: message match, mobile responsiveness, load speed basics, form behavior, and tracking.
. Make iterative improvements when conversion performance or tracking issues are identified (you will have guidance you don't need to own full funnel strategy, but you should be able to execute improvements).
6) Internal coordination + project management
. Work closely with strategy and creative/copy teammates to request what you need and keep work moving.
. Maintain clear updates, documentation, and task tracking (strong project management is required).
. Communicate clearly in English (written + spoken) with a distributed team.

What You Need:


. 2+ years of hands-on paid media execution (agency or multi-client experience strongly preferred).

. Strong working knowledge of: LinkedIn Campaign Manager Meta Ads Manager Google Ads (Search and/or Performance Max YouTube as needed) YouTube advertising workflows (via Google Ads)
. Experience running campaigns optimized for leads, calls, and booked appointments.
. Comfort with tracking/analytics: GA4, conversion events, UTMs Tag/pixel troubleshooting (GTM experience strongly preferred)
. Landing page capability: Able to build/edit landing pages (Lovable and/or HubSpot-style tools) Able to QA pages for conversion tracking and basic CRO improvements
. Strong English communication skills (this is non-negotiable).
. Excellent organization and time management (you will manage multiple accounts simultaneously). Nice-to-Have Skills
. HubSpot CRM familiarity (forms, landing pages, tracking properties, basic workflows).
. Experience with call tracking and appointment booking flows.
. Experience creating simple dashboards or reports (Google Sheets/Looker Studio).
. Experience documenting SOPs/checklists for repeatable campaign QA. What Success Looks Like (Performance Expectations)
. Campaigns launch smoothly and stay running with minimal downtime.
. Tracking is reliable and validated (events fire correctly UTMs are consistent). . Testing happens continuously and is well-documented.
. Internal discussions are supported by clear, accurate data and observations.
. Accounts are managed cleanly and consistently (easy for the team to audit and understand). Working Style & Expectations
. Full-time, remote (Philippines).
. Strong reliability and responsiveness during agreed team overlap hours.
. Proactive communicator: flags issues early, proposes solutions, keeps tasks moving.
. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders internally (strategy, creative/copy, RevOps).
