Job Overview: The PAID MEDIA / DIGITAL MARKETING SUPERVISOR will manage and optimize in-house paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role focuses on driving measurable growth, improving monitored metrics, and supporting brand objectives through data-driven media buying. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on ads management experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Paid Media Execution & Optimization
Run and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, pacing, and delivery.
Set up campaigns including targeting, creatives, audiences, and tracking.
Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPA.
Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Maintain dashboards and documentation of campaign results.
Work closely with the Media Strategy Team to align on goals and direction.
Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Propose optimization strategies based on platform behavior and best practices.
Coordinate with Creatives to request, test, and evaluate new assets.
Align with Brand/PR teams on campaign messaging and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, regulatory policies, and advertising standards.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, new ad formats, and competitor activities.
Suggest new platforms or tools that can improve efficiency and performance.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
13 years experience in digital advertising or performance marketing (Meta/Google experience required).
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads dashboard.
Strong understanding of digital KPIs and analytics.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Salary and Benefits: Work Hours: Nine (9) hours/day (including regular and special non-working holidays); Six (6) days per week; Four (4) days off per month Salary (Six (6) months probationary period):
Probationary (non-mandarin): PHP 70,000-80,000 Allowances:
Food Allowance: PHP 3,000 per month
