Job Overview
Our client is looking for a hands-on Meta & LinkedIn Ads Manager to help drive qualified leads and pipeline growth through paid acquisition channels. This role is focused on generating real business opportunities — not simply launching ads. Our client is seeking someone who understands how to turn paid campaigns into qualified meetings and sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has practical experience managing lead generation campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, is data-driven, and understands how to optimize campaigns based on lead quality and business outcomes.
Job Highlights
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
