Job Description

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Write ad briefs, script hooks, and collaborate with creators to produce UGC for paid campaigns. Ensure messaging aligns with the brand's voice while leveraging platform-native formats.
  • Manage daily pacing, budget allocation, and scaling strategies to maximize efficiency and growth.
  • Execute creative testing and iterate based on performance data across multiple placements and formats.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and blended MER. Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and clear next steps for campaign iteration and growth.
  • Collaborate with brand managers and creative teams to align campaign strategy with business goals.
  • Maintain and evolve campaign structures to support audience segmentation, product prioritization, and funnel performance.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, ad policy changes, and emerging creative trends. Proactively implement new features, formats, and strategies to keep your accounts competitive and compliant in an ever-changing paid media landscape.
  • Optionally manage TikTok Ads/Spark Ads if an active UGC pipeline is available.
  • Responsible for 23 DTC brands depending on complexity and ad spend level.
  • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution to deliver consistent results while maintaining quality across all accounts.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience running paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and Tiktok.
  • Strong knowledge of full-funnel campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization tactics.
  • Proven ability to manage creative pipelines, write ad briefs, and work with UGC creators.
  • Advanced understanding of performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER.
  • Demonstrated success in budget pacing, bid strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in campaign reporting, platform tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Comfortable managing 23 brands with varying levels of complexity and spend.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving and communication.
