What we are looking for:

We're looking for a driven and data-savvy E-Commerce and Ads Manager to spearhead our online sales growth. You'll be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms, while also ensuring our Shopify store and email funnels deliver a seamless experience that maximizes ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies aligned with sales and brand objectives.

Identify opportunities to scale across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email, Shopify site).

Audience Targeting

• Conduct customer segmentation and audience research.
• Build and refine custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Create, manage, and monitor campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Structure campaigns for scalability, efficiency, and profitability.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize budgets, bids, and creatives to meet ROAS and CPA targets.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.

Budget & ROI Management

• Manage ad spend efficiently across campaigns and channels.
• Maximize returns while controlling costs.

Tracking & Analytics

• Set up and manage conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, Shopify).
• Analyze metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA) and prepare reports.

Retargeting & Funnel Management

• Build retargeting campaigns for abandoned carts and lapsed users.
• Create full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion.

Shopify Site & Email Funnel

• Oversee and optimize the Shopify store for performance and CRO.
• Ensure smooth product updates, checkout flow, and platform integrations.
• Build and optimize automated email sequences (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase).
• Track open rates, CTR, and conversations to improve funnel performance.

Platform Knowledge & Innovation

• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and policies.
• Test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and funnel integrations.

Skills & Expertise

• Performance Marketing & ROAS Optimization
• Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads & Google Ads
• Shopify Store Management & CRO
• Email Marketing Funnel Automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Analytics & Reporting (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Ads Manager)
• Creative Direction for Ads & Landing Pages
• Strategic Growth Planning
• Budget & Project Management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

At least 2 years of proven experience in paid advertising, digital marketing, or e-commerce management.

Strong track record of managing ad budgets and achieving performance KPIs.

Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms is a plus.
