Our strength lies in mastering high-impact ad channels Google PPC, Local Service Ads (LSA), Meta / Facebook & Instagram and delivering strong ROI for our clients.
We run lean, stay data-driven, and embrace creative testing and optimization as our core discipline. We're now scaling up and want a sharp, results-oriented Paid Media BuyerExpert to own ad performance and growth for multiple client accounts.
About the role
You'll be the go-to expert for all paid ad channels: PPC, LSA, and Meta Ads. You'll execute campaigns, optimize performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and propose scaling strategies. This is not a managerial or oversight role (though experience in those areas helps) you'll be hands-on, strategic, and accountable for results.
You'll work cross-functionally with creatives, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are efficient, scalable, and aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch and manage PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) across Google
- Execute and optimize Local Service Ads (LSAs) for service area clients
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) including awareness, retargeting, conversion funnels
- Monitor, analyze and optimize to improve KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, quality score, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy, and competitive analysis
- Build and test ad creatives, copy variants, and messaging for high performance
- Implement tracking and attribution (pixel setup, UTM tagging, conversion events)
- Perform A/B tests: landing pages, ad copy, offers, targeting segments
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
- Maintain campaign health (no overspending or underutilization)
- Generate regular performance reports and insights; communicate results and recommendations
- Find and fix problems proactively (e.g. disapproved ads, tracking errors, account issues)
- Evolve and maintain SOPs for campaign processes and optimizations
What We're Looking For (Requirements & Ideal Profile)
Must-haves / core experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience (PPC + Meta)
- Proven experience with LSA campaigns is a strong plus
- Comfortable managing mid to high monthly ad budgets
- Strong analytical skills ability to dig into data and make decisions
- Deep understanding of metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion funnels
- Experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and relevant tools
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, Excel / Sheets, reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns/clients
- Self-driven, problem-solver mindset, able to act with minimal supervision
Nice to have:
- Experience scaling campaigns across different verticals/niches
- Familiarity with automation, scripts, or AI-based tools for ad optimization
- Experience with video ads, YouTube, or display expansion
- Past experience in agency / remote setting
Working Hours & Structure
- Full-time remote position
- Core hours: 8 AM 6 PM CST
- Independent contractor role (you handle your own taxes)
