Overview
The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to create results-driven campaigns tailored to the construction industry.
You will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator, Account Managers, and Creative Team to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals, timelines, and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop paid advertising strategies tailored to construction industry clients.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Build campaign structures aligned with campaign goals (lead generation, brand awareness, retargeting, etc.).
Prepare ad budgets and allocation based on performance projections.
2. Campaign Setup & Execution Launch Google Ads search, display, YouTube, Performance Max, and retargeting campaigns.
Create Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns optimized for lead generation.
Write ad copy or collaborate with the copywriter for compelling CTAs and messaging.
Coordinate with the graphics team for ad creatives, thumbnails, and visuals.
3. Optimization & Monitoring
Conduct ongoing optimization, including:
o A/B testing
o Bid adjustments
o Keyword refinements
o Audience targeting improvements
o Landing page troubleshooting
Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversions, impressions, and reach.
Identify conversion bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
4. Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client-facing reviews.
Present insights, trends, and recommendations to the Marketing Coordinator & Account Managers.
Create dashboards for easy visibility of campaign performance.
Ensure data accuracy across all ad platforms and analytics tools.
5. Collaboration & Workflow Management
Work closely with Account Managers to understand client goals and timelines.
Coordinate ad schedules, deliverables, and approvals with the internal team.
Join client calls when needed to explain results or strategy.
Work within CMS project management tools (Microsoft Planner, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Asanadepending on setup).
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing paid ads (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience with construction industry accounts is a plus but not required.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different clients simultaneously.
Experience with marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.
Familiarity with HubSpot (for forms/automation) is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
