Paid Ads Manager (Hybrid)

Truelogic, Inc. Makati City, Metro Manila (Hybrid)

Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati

Work Setup: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Salary: 80,000 100,000 per month

About the Role:

We're looking for a Paid Ads Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional results and shaping powerful strategies for some of the country's most recognizable and fastest-growing brands. As the Paid Ads Team Leader, you'll drive campaign success for top-tier companies, mentor a team of ads specialists, and make a real impact on our clients performance and business goals.

What You'll Do:

Campaign & Workflow Oversight

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of high-performing paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for the country's top brands.
  • Monitor SLA adherence, optimize workflows, and manage timelines and team capacity.
  • Assign tasks based on strengths and skill sets.
  • Ensure client budgets are managed wisely with strong ROI.

Quality & Strategy

  • Set campaign standards based on data, A/B tests, and performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand voice and audience targeting best practices.
  • Foster a feedback culture with regular reviews and team development.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and tools.

Team & People Management

  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback through scorecards and regular check-ins.
  • Encourage career growth with mentoring, recognition, and training programs.
  • Implement cross-training for collaboration and backup coverage.

Project & Culture Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration on key projects.
  • Champion inclusion, transparency, and ethical leadership within your team.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or senior digital marketing role.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, reporting, campaign analysis, and strategy.
  • Excellent grasp of metrics, KPIs, and conversion tracking.
  • At least 2 industry certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot).
  • Strong copy review and creative insight skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Willing and able to work in a hybrid setup in Makati.
