What is this role about
The role is responsible for leading the daily filling operations. He/She will ensure that finished blends are properly packed in their designated containers/packaging and are compliant to quality standards.
What will YOU do
- Prepare request form for packaging materials needed for filling operations such as:
- Filling Tracer
- Withdrawal Form
- Ensure filling lines and other equipment used in operations are inspected daily and calibrated with the use of appropriate tools and equipment
- Operate filling line safely and efficiently by strictly adhering to SOPs
- Inform Lubricants Blending Plant Supervisor and Manager of equipment problems to avoid equipment downtime by immediate reporting of equipment unusual condition
- Perform simple proactive maintenance on equipment during the shift to ensure it is completely functional and is safe to operate by performing equipment routinary inspection recorded in Prestart-up Checklist
- Ensure that finished products meet safety and quality specifications with close coordination to QCPD and LBP supervisor
- Ensure paperwork and minor administrative tasks are completed at the beginning and end of every shift such as accomplished filling tracer
- Oversee daily housekeeping activities at the beginning and end of every shift to ensure safety and improve productivity by maintaining cleanliness and eliminating hazards
What will YOU need
- Open to fresh graduates of Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or any related course
- 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience with filling machine operations is an advantage
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
- Must be located nearby the Mabini Lubes Blending Plant
- Willing to be assigned in SEAOIL Lubricants Blending Plant, Bauan, Mabini Batangas
