What you'll be doing:
You'll play a key role in supporting Avon's APAC and South Africa portfolio by ensuring new products, packaging changes, and continuous improvements move smoothly from idea to implementation. You'll work closely with regional teams, suppliers, and internal partners to keep projects on track, maintain accurate product information, and secure all necessary samples and documentation. Your work will help ensure packaging quality, timely launches, and seamless delivery of change initiatives across the region.
What you'll be working on:
- Monitoring and updating product and packaging development activitiesfrom artwork to component readinessacross all approved concepts.
- Coordinating with regional marketing, R&D, packaging engineers, artwork teams, and suppliers to deliver photoshoot samples and development requirements on time.
- Supporting packaging tool development and improvements through collaboration with global and regional teams.
- Maintaining organized records of specifications, standards, samples, and tolerances.
- Collecting and distributing First Manufacturing Batch (FMB) samples to key stakeholders.
- Managing packagingrelated changes in the inline portfolio for APAC and South Africa.
- Maintaining accurate product data, including component specifications and BOMs.
- Troubleshooting packaging component issues and leading costsaving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Creating and tracking purchase orders for sample needs.
- Managing and tracking assigned projects to ensure timely completion.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Someone who is detailoriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with crossfunctional teams and suppliers.
- Experience in packaging development, product implementation, or technical project coordination within manufacturing or FMCG is a strong advantage.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage timelines, and coordinate sample requirements effectively.
- A passion for delivering highquality, consumerready products.
