Packaging Development Specialist

GREEN CROSS INC. IS LOOKING FOR A PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST TO BE PART OF OUR GROWING FAMILY.

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for ensuring on-time and complete packaging design and development by conducting various evaluations and laboratory tests that are in accordance with Green Cross, Inc.s strategic marketing direction, benchmarks, and quality standards.
• Responsible for designs and technical drawings of all packaging materials.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related Engineering programs.
• With 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or packaging manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledgeable in conducting data analysis, root cause analysis, physical and chemical analysis, and product packaging tests.
• Experience in product packaging development, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D design applications.
• Familiarity with manufacturing packaging equipment, quality validation, prototype sampling, strategic competitor research, project management, and web and literature research.
• Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and observational skills.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang
