Packaging Development Associate

Duties & Resposibilities

Develop and evaluate packaging materials based on quality, functionality, cost, and product requirements.

Conduct packaging testing and trials & coordinate with Product Development.

Source and evaluate packaging and printing suppliers.

Coordinate supplier samples, prototypes, quotations, & technical requirements.

Review packaging artwork, proofs, mock-ups, and printed samples.

Support packaging procurement, cost monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives.

Maintain packaging specifications, samples, and technical documentation.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging, Materials Emgineering, Product Development or a related field.

Knowledge of packaging materials, specifications, and testing methods.

Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation.
