Packaging Designer

Client: An International Retail Company

-Taytay Rizal

-Full time role

-Daily Onsite (Monday - Friday)

He/She will design attractive and functional product packaging, create mockups and prototypes, work with different teams and manufacturers, ensure quality and compliance, use sustainable materials, stay updated on industry trends, and improve designs based on feedback.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or a related field

-1–3 years of experience in packaging/product design and/or branding

-Portfolio demonstrating packaging projects across different industries (e.g., food, cosmetics, electronics, etc.)

-Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, SolidWorks, or Cinema 4D)

-Strong understanding of printing processes, die-lines, and package structure

-Knowledge of packaging materials (e.g., paperboard, plastics, biodegradable materials)

-Ability to design for both aesthetics and functionality (user experience, shelf impact, cost-efficiency)

-Solid grasp of color theory, typography, and branding principles

-Familiarity with retail packaging requirements, logistics, and product protection
