Industrial and Product Design

• Design custom 3D concepts and vessels for home and personal fragrance including candle vessels, reed diffuser bottles, home sprays, perfume bottles, and luxury gift hardware.
• Develop cohesive design concepts for seasonal, limited-edition, and core collections.

Packaging and Unboxing Design

• Conceptualize and design high-end primary and secondary packaging:
• Premium rigid boxes, folding cartons, labels, custom inserts, and shipping packaging.
• Structural layouts and artwork for discovery sets, gift sets, and holiday collections.
• Ensure all packaging reflects a luxury aesthetic while maintaining structural integrity during transit.

Gift With Purchase (GWP) & Novelty Development

• Ideate and design branded GWP items and promotional fragrance accessories, such as:
• Scented wardrobe pouches, sachets, drawer fresheners, and closet hangers.
• Luxury travel kits, mini candles, sample vials, and holiday gift items.

Technical Specification & Supplier Coordination

• Prepare precise production drawings, tech packs, and CMF (Color, Material, Finish) specifications for suppliers.
• Source new packaging materials, glass/ceramic manufacturers, and mold suppliers.
• Review, critique, and approve pre-production samples and prototypes to ensure high quality and accuracy.

Trend Research & CMF Exploration

• Stay ahead of design, CMF, and luxury fragrance trends by researching global platforms.
• Monitor competitor landscapes and bring fresh, innovative ideas to hiessence's visual strategy.
