Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Packaging Designer role based in Bacoor. The Packaging Designer will develop creative packaging concepts and execute designs across primary and secondary packaging for GRWM Cosmetics products. Daily responsibilities include creating dielines, preparing print-ready files, and collaborating with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to align packaging with brand guidelines, functional requirements, and regulatory standards. The role involves working closely with suppliers and printers to ensure quality, color accuracy, and material feasibility, as well as iterating on prototypes based on feedback and testing. The Packaging Designer will also help maintain a consistent visual identity across product lines while exploring sustainable materials and innovative packaging solutions.
Qualifications
  • Strong packaging and graphic design skills, including experience with layout, typography, and visual branding for consumer products.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with creating dielines and print-ready files.
  • Understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and basic production constraints for cosmetics or FMCG products.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy and marketing briefs into clear, compelling packaging concepts that resonate with diverse customers.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Interest in sustainability and ethical practices, with openness to exploring eco-friendly packaging options.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, or personal care packaging design is a strong advantage.
