Develop creative packaging concepts and prepare accurate 2D and 3D designs for primary components, secondary boxes, promotional kits, and other packaging materials.
Produce production-ready artwork files, technical layouts, specifications, and realistic 3D mockups for supplier endorsement and mass production.
Review packaging materials, marketing collaterals, and mass production samples to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, technical requirements, and Philippine FDA regulations.
Coordinate with external packaging suppliers to confirm material suitability, print feasibility, structural requirements, cost considerations, and production alignment.
Support product development through packaging research, competitor analysis, cosmetic market trend reviews, campaign shoots, and internal product training sessions.
Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and other concerned teams to deliver packaging projects within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Packaging Design, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
1–2 years of experience specifically in packaging design and development for cosmetics, skincare, or personal care.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop) and Canva.
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and material functionality unique to beauty product packaging.
Proven ability to manage multiple product design timelines simultaneously while maintaining strict quality standards.
Strong communication skills to seamlessly articulate design concepts to R&D, Compliance, QA, and Marketing teams.
