Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is an integral part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing operations. - Assist in the deployment and testing of new releases to ensure seamless integration. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and application functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Engineering. - Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture principles and integration patterns. - Experience in designing, developing, and deploying service bus solutions. - Familiarity with application programming interfaces and middleware technologies. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
