Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various teams and utilizing standard tools and application programming interfaces to deliver effective solutions are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of application configurations with organizational goals.
- Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system integration techniques and middleware solutions related to SAP environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable technical architectures for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment models relevant to packaged and Software as a Service applications.
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing effective resolutions.
- Ability to optimize system performance while maintaining compliance with security and governance standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
