Job Description
Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, along with utilizing standard tools and application programming interfaces to maintain seamless integration and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system operation. - Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases for reference. - Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and patches. - Support end-users by providing timely resolution to application-related inquiries and challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application architectures and deployment models. - Experience with integration techniques using APIs and middleware platforms. - Familiarity with low-code/no-code development environments to customize solutions efficiently. - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements. - Knowledge of release management processes and version control systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
