Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features using various tools and platforms. Collaboration with stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, along with troubleshooting and optimizing system performance to maintain seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing. - Assist in training and mentoring team members to foster skill development and knowledge transfer. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning systems and their integration capabilities. - Experience with customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs. - Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance effectively. - Knowledge of release management processes and best practices in software deployment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Manila office.
