Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and utilizing various tools and platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and performance. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align technical solutions with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support audit and compliance requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday HCM Testing. - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes specific to Workday Human Capital Management. - Experience in designing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans for packaged applications. - Familiarity with integration testing using APIs and low-code platforms to validate end-to-end business processes. - Ability to analyze system behavior and identify defects or areas for improvement within Workday HCM modules. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on ensuring system stability and performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday HCM Testing. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
