Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements. - Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of web application development and architecture. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Experience in implementing RESTful APIs and web services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
