Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary. - Support team members in their professional development and growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of application configuration and management. - Experience with integration tools and APIs to enhance application functionality. - Familiarity with low-code platforms for rapid application development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Manila office.
