Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of application functionalities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. - Document processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger. - Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting. - Experience with integration tools and techniques for seamless data flow. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms to enhance application features. - Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for informed decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger. - This position is based at our Manila office.
